Pad Thai (Fried Noodle)

Pad Thai is a fried noodle cuisine with the long history dated back to the previous centuries. It displays the genuineness of Thai culinary aptitude by using the best and fresh ingredients and best balance of the five significant flavors. It becomes well-known thanks to its yummy taste and the various choices of seasonings to fit your appetites.

During the history, Pad Thai has set up two distinctive styles: the classic style and the variation style. The classic one is a fried noodle made with eggs, red chili pepper, chopped tofu, shrimp, bean sprouts, flavored with fish sauce or tamarind juice and garnished with coriander and crushed peanuts while the other one tends to dry and has light flavor. Pad Thai may also contain some other kinds of vegetables as garlic chives, turnips, raw banana flowers and bean sprouts, or other protein as crab, shrimp and chicken, which make this dish various taste to choose.

Pad Thai is actually a fast, yummy and nutritious dish. The classic style is suitable for a dinner meal and you can serve it along with fish sauce, chili powder, sugar on your finishing touches to fit your taste while the other is commonly found on street vendors, casual local eating-house or in Thai restaurants. It has been listed as the World’s 50 most delicious foods conducted by CNN in 2011.
